Article 1: Name

Section 1:  The name of the organization shall be "Baltimore Homa Community, hereinafter referred to as “BHC.” 

Article 2:  Purposes

Section 1:  Baltimore Homa Community is organized for charitable, scientific and educational purposes, more specifically to introduce and support the practice of Homa, through public education and community service.

Section 2: To disseminate information, at no charge, about the practice of  atmospheric purification via Homa therapy techniques.

Section 3: To provide information on chemical-free organic food production and to promote the distribution of Homa Organic products.

Section 4:  To provide Homa psychotherapy workshops and services.

Section 5: To serve as a clearinghouse for information regarding meditation, non-genetically engineered foods, eco-agro tourism, non-violence, and mediation.

Section 6: To facilitate collaboration and cooperation between public, private, and community-based organizations created to work toward the peaceful resolution of conflicts, locally and globally.

ARTICLE 3:  Membership and Meetings

Section 1: Membership is open to individuals with a sustained interest in Homa, without regard for race, religion, gender, creed, ethnic background, age or culture.

Section 2: Members are not required to pay dues, but are encouraged to make pledges of monetary and in-kind contributions to support the operation of  the organization.

Section 3: Notwithstanding the provision in Section 3.2, BHC retains the right to charge a fee to members and others to attend its special events, fundraisers, conferences, trainings, and other events.
